Setting User Role for Reporting

Setting User Roles > Reporting levels will affect the KPIs that a user can see

  1. Settings
  2. User Administration
  3. User Roles
  4. Select user role to edit
  5. Module > Reporting
  6. Set level to:
    1. None - cannot see any reporting
    2. Low - can view basic reports
    3. Mid - can view basic and advanced reports
    4. High - can view basic and advanced and reports with sensitive data

Setting reports to have reporting levels

Against each KPI the User Level can be set

  1. Settings
  2. Reporting
  3. KPI Permissions
  4. Set each KPI to the minimum user role level that can view it (none/low/mid/high)
