I've changed my Merchanter login and now Excel won't refresh

If you update your login details for Merchanter you will need to update those details in any Excel Reports (same for other reporting applications as well) that are using OData to extract data. This is a security measure to ensure only valid system users can access the business data.
Below are steps to update your login and password details in Excel:
- If you open the spreadsheet/report
- In the 'Data' menu click 'Queries & Connections'
- Right click on the query from the menu on the right side of the screen and click 'Edit'
- In Power Query click 'Data Sources' button in the menu
- Click 'Edit Permissions'
- Click 'Edit' and re-enter the new username and password
