System improvements for release build 5755

Model version: 1.1.5755.5755

There are two places to see the version your system is currently on:

Login screen
When logging in the version number is shown under the username and password fields
Version info
Click on the user icon in the top right corner of Merchanter and click ‘Version Info’

Invoices	Ensured that the Xero order invoices are marked as paid
Invoices	*Invoices overview export to change the wording for credit notes*
Note	Dispatch note are now included in back order details
Product	Modify the product view to display the total count of products from the stock take
Product	Tables with varying widths display only the packs that contain available stock
Price	Report on the Current Price Agreement in Progress.
Cash	Cash Drawer Report
Notes	Credit Notes - Order line drilldown
Sales Order	Disable totals on sales order search
Cash	Adjusting the user levels of the cash drawer to restrict access to the remaining cash within it.
Product	*Request for products page to includes products "alternative product code" which will also show on exported data from that page*
