System configuration of attachment printing
The below video walks the user through the initial configuration of Attachment Printing - it is aimed at the Prime system user. This process can also be carried out by Ten-25 support if required.
Limitation to attachment printing
Only PDFs and (.doc, .docx, .rtf, .txt, .htm, .html files, which can be converted to PDF) should be attached for output. Other file types e.g. .jpg can not be converted to PDF so will be ignored.
