Confirming Delivery of an Order Final Confirmation Video Guide

Confirming Delivery of an Order

Once the goods have arrived with your customer, the final step is to confirm delivery.
This can be done by selecting the Delivered status using any of the methods outlined previously.
Once marked as delivered, the order will automatically move from the Live Picked Orders list and can now be found in the Dispatched Orders list. This ensures your records are up to date and the order is ready for final confirmation.

Final Confirmation

To complete the order’s life cycle, Navigate to Live Orders -> Dispatched Orders view.

In this view, you’ll see a list of orders that have been marked as delivered.
On the right-hand side of each order line, you’ll find a button to confirm the order as supplied.
Click this button to finalise the process.

Now Confirm that all goods were received by your customer in good condition, or adjust quantities if there were issues with the update button.

Once everything is accurate, confirm the items as supplied.
This step completes the sales order’s life cycle, ensuring your records are fully updated and the process is officially closed.

By following these steps, you can efficiently confirm the delivery of orders and complete their life cycle. This not only keeps your records accurate but also ensures your customers receive the best possible service. Whether you’re confirming a single order or managing multiple dispatches, this process helps maintain a smooth and professional workflow.
