Managing Picked Orders for Dispatch
The Live Order Views are the most effective tool for locating and managing orders that are ready for dispatch. This dynamic interface provides a comprehensive overview of your orders, complete with powerful filtering options, essential summarised order information, and a quick snapshot of order lines
To Access the Live Orders, Picked Order view from the main menu, and go to
Sales Menu > Live Orders > Picked Orders
The Live Picked Orders View is a list of all the orders Picked and awaiting dispatch.
In the Live Picked Orders View, filter your list or browse through the orders to find the Order(s) you wish to progress the status of. There is an extensive range of filters to help you find orders by all the most important metrics like, supply date and delivery type.
Highlighting Supply Future and Overdue Supply Dates
Note that the supply date column has some conditional formatting.
Late orders are highlighted in red, orders due for delivery today are highlighted in orange and future orders are displayed in black.
You can also, you click the + on the items line to expand the bar on an order, you will be able to view all items and quantities.
There is also a status column, so you can see the current progress of the order.
