Setting up The Advanced Dispatching Statuses
To set up an employee with the ability to be assigned to an Order as a driver, ensure that you are logged in to Merchanter/UT400 with a user account holding a Prime role or above and navigate to
Settings > Organisation Settings > Financial Ledger Settings.
Edit the correct ledger by selecting it and pressing the Edit button.
Go to the Ledger Options tab.
Navigate to the Orders tab.

In the Order Workflow section, ensure the Use Transport Sub-statuses option is ticked.
Please note: you do not need to be using advanced order picking to use the advanced dispatch statuses.
